Your company's pension fund, reviewed without commissions
We analyse your current occupational pension (BVG) solution, review its settings and set-up and set out in a final report what makes sense for your company. You pay our fee only.
Who is the BVG analysis for?
You are hiring staff for the first time
and must insure employees earning more than CHF 22'680 a year (2026) in a pension fund.
You are employed by your own GmbH or AG
and need a pension solution for yourself and your team.
Your current solution is getting old
and you want to know whether costs, benefits and interest still add up.
What we look at
Small and medium-sized companies usually join a collective or joint foundation (Sammelstiftung). The offers differ more than they seem to at first glance.
Your current solution
We review your affiliation contract and pension regulations: who is insured, contributions, benefits, costs and interest. If you have no pension fund yet, we clarify whom you must insure: employees earning more than CHF 22'680 a year (2026), with the company paying at least half of the contributions.
Plan settings
Insured salary and coordination deduction, savings contributions by age, death and disability benefits, the split of contributions, and possibly a separate plan for management. These choices determine what your solution costs and provides.
Working out the right solution
From the analysis we derive what makes sense for your company: whether the current solution fits, whether a plan change is enough or whether switching pension provider pays off.
Final report
You receive a written report with our assessment and an action plan that lets you take the next steps yourself.

Get in touchWhy without commissions
In the occupational pension market, most brokers are paid through commissions from the providers. The commission is paid year after year for as long as the contract runs and is financed through the administration costs of the pension solution. The advice then looks free to you, but it is paid for all the same.
We take neither brokerage fees nor commissions. You pay our fee once, and we have no stake in which provider wins the contract. Support of this kind is rare in the BVG market.

Frequently Asked Questions:
When do I have to insure my employees in a pension fund?
As soon as someone earns more than CHF 22'680 a year with you (2026 figure) and the employment lasts longer than three months. Death and disability are covered from 1 January after the 17th birthday, retirement savings from 1 January after the 24th birthday.
Can I insure myself as a self-employed person without staff?
Yes, voluntarily: with your trade association's pension scheme or with the substitute occupational benefit institution (Auffangeinrichtung). The alternative is the large pillar 3a with up to 20% of earned income, at most CHF 36'288 (2026). Which fits better is something we work out in the advanced package or an individual consultation.
Brokers compare for free. Why do I pay you a fee?
Brokerage is only free at first glance. The broker receives a commission from the chosen provider for as long as the contract runs, and it flows into your pension solution through the administration costs. With us you pay a fee once and know what the advice costs.
What does the BVG analysis cost?
From CHF 990 for the analysis and final report. The exact price depends on the size of your company; you receive it after the first meeting. A plan change or a tender is quoted separately by the hour, at CHF 190 per hour.
Can we switch pension fund at any time?
No. The affiliation contract has terms and notice periods, and terminating it requires the consent of your staff or their representatives. We review your existing contract and plan the switch for a suitable date.
Do you sign the contract with the provider?
Your company signs the contract directly with the chosen pension institution. We prepare the decision, review the contract with you and support the implementation.
